Each rental includes access to 180+ preset color effects, from soft romantic hues to vibrant party tones. You can even sync the colors to pulse with your music - the ultimate glow experience! It’s all part of your LED marquee rental - no extra cost!

Our glow runs on your schedule! Standard rental includes same-day delivery, setup, and pickup (7 AM – 11 PM). Extended rental options are available upon request and based on availability. Need us bright and early or glowing late into the night? Just add $150 - we’ll make it happen. Want to keep them longer? We’ve got extended rental options too, pending availability.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your LED marquees.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date. Events booked within 14 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Please note, marquees are not held without a deposit & bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Plans change, we get it! If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 14 days in advance, and we’ll happily transfer your deposit to a future booking. Unfortunately, bookings canceled within 14 days of the event can’t be rescheduled, and deposits remain non-refundable.

Yes! Our marquees can be used outdoors and can withstand light rain, but we do require a backup plan for inclement weather. They must be moved indoors during high winds or heavy rain to ensure safety and longevity.

We offer setup both indoors and outdoors on any level surface, including grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, pavers, and sports courts. For safety and to protect our equipment, we cannot install marquees on gravel, rocks, dirt, or uneven ground.

Absolutely. While balloons and lights make a perfect pair, you’re welcome to rent our marquees with or without balloon decor.

Yes, collaboration is our favorite! You can rent marquees from us and have another vendor provide the decor. We love supporting our "friendors" in the event community.

Our LED marquee letters stand 3 feet tall, while numbers and symbols are available in both 3ft and 4ft sizes. Widths vary depending on the specific character.

Our marquees are crafted from iron and weigh 30–50 lbs each. While designed for floor display, they can be placed on approved elevated surfaces. We’ll coordinate with your venue to ensure safe and secure placement.

The early bird gets the glow! While we have a large inventory of LED marquee letters, numbers, and symbols, all bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability. Need something last minute? We’ll do our best to make it happen based on what’s available.

For liability reasons, marquees may not be moved once installed. If you’d like them repositioned during your event, this can be arranged in advance for an additional service fee. Unauthorized movement may result in a damage charge.
